How many push-ups is that in a year?
Twenty push-ups a day is 7,300 in a year. A hundred a day is 36,500. Small sets add up faster than you think, and the calculator shows it as a wall: one square for every rep.
How we count
- Weight lifted is the part of your body each rep moves, for a 70 kg person. A push-up moves about two thirds of you.
- Height is how far your body travels up on each rep, added together.
- Energy is a rough average per rep. Your real number depends on your body and your pace.
- Muscle is a range for a beginner who eats enough protein and sleeps well. Gains slow down after the first year. It’s a guess, not a promise.
- Time counts a few seconds per rep, with short rests between sets.
