Signing in
SuperStrong uses Sign in with Apple and nothing else. If Apple's sheet fails, check that you are signed in to iCloud in Settings and try again; the app keeps your first attempt so a retry costs nothing. If you hid your email at sign-in, that is fine: the app never shows it to anyone.
Logging a set
Tap the big key, pick an exercise, dial the reps (or the seconds for a hold) and confirm. The tile lands on your wall. The more reps, the bigger the tile. A set logged offline lands as soon as you are back online; it is never lost and never logged twice.
Walls with friends
Start a wall from the Friends tab and share its invite code with up to four friends. Everyone's sets land on the same wall. One person is on one wall at a time. The owner can rename the wall, rotate the code, remove a member or delete the wall.
Stickers
Tap a friend's tile to slap a reaction sticker on it. One sticker per person per tile, four per tile, never on your own. Tap your own sticker to take it back.
SuperStrong Pro
Pro unlocks three extra sticker sets: Mech squad, Dino gang and Snack pack. Buy it once for lifetime, or subscribe monthly or yearly. A subscription renews until you cancel it in Settings ▸ your name ▸ Subscriptions on your iPhone. Got a new phone? Account ▸ Restore purchases brings Pro back. Refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Deleting your account
Account ▸ Delete account removes your account, every tile, sticker and goal you own, and takes you off your wall. It is immediate and cannot be undone. Purchases stay with your Apple ID.
